CertainTeed’s range spans familiar architectural shingles and more distinctive designer profiles. NorthGate ClimateFlex is a polymer-modified option. Solaris is associated with cool-roof color offerings; it should not be treated as a blanket property of every color or line.

For a Summerlin or Centennial Hills project, we review your existing roof, the look of the surrounding exterior, HOA requirements, and access around the home. A cool-color option is worth comparing by its actual published rating; the color name alone is not enough.
A Mt. Charleston roof needs a separate conversation about the site, snow, fire classification, and water protection. We don’t copy a valley specification onto a mountain home.

Can I choose a brand before getting an estimate?
Yes. Tell us the brand or product you like, or send a reference photo. We’ll confirm suitability and availability and help you compare alternatives.
Does an impact rating mean the roof is hail-proof?
No. An impact classification describes performance in a particular test. It is not a guarantee against hail damage, and product warranties have their own terms.
Why does the installation scope matter when I compare quotes?
Deck repairs, underlayment, flashings, ventilation, access, disposal, and cleanup all affect the project. We explain those details alongside the chosen shingle so you can compare complete proposals.
