In 2017, I was 3mo behind on my mortgage.
My car was facing repossession.
My life was a mess.
In 2025, I grew a company from $13M to $35M.
The roofing industry is wild.
I started in door-to-door.
It sucked.
But it created everything that I have today.
Before proceeding, I want to be as transparent as possible with you.
Most people won’t make it past week one.
If you’re still reading, you might be our person.
Top closers take home $16K–$20K/mo.
100% commission.
What You’ll Actually Do
Knock fast (target ~10 doors/hour).
Offer free roof inspections.
Document the damage.
Educate the homeowner on the claims process
(we'll teach you)
Reset after every “no” and move to the next door with the same tone.
We get homeowners approved on their insurance claim.
How We Train (we train like we play):
We don’t dump you on a street and wish you luck. We build muscle memory first.
Roleplay with reps. We coach cadence, tonality, body language—what the top 1% actually do.
Good door → bad door → good door so you learn to reset fast.
Rowdy homeowner roleplays. Door slams, curveballs, attitude—so the real thing doesn’t rattle you.
Speed between doors. Literally running between homes to get to as many as possible.
Goal: you walk to your first real door already feeling like it’s your 50th.
Who Crushes Here
Athletes, servers/bartenders, ex-military, anyone who’s coachable and competitive.
People who can take a no and hit the next door like nothing happened.
People who treat sales like it's practice.
Who Shouldn’t Apply
You want easy money or fixed hours.
You fold after a tough conversation.
“Commission-only” makes you freeze.
